Cancellation Policy

**SCHEDULING POLICY** A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged at booking unless you select the "Pay Now" option or a payment is required under our booking policies. Please select all services needed when scheduling. Additional services may not be accommodated on the day of your appointment. **24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY** All appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time through our online booking system or booking app. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a fee equal to **100% of the total scheduled service cost**. Phone calls, text messages, and emails are not accepted as cancellations. **NO-CALL / NO-SHOW POLICY** Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without properly canceling online will result in a charge of **100% of the total scheduled service cost**. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and authorize applicable cancellation or no-show charges to the card on file. **LATE ARRIVAL POLICY** We value your time and are committed to providing exceptional service to every client. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for scheduled appointments. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may result in reduced service time or modified services without a price adjustment. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment canceled and be charged **100% of the scheduled service cost**. Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled appointment time. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
