Cancellation Policy
SCHEDULING POLICY: To schedule your appointment, please provide a credit card to keep on file; rest assured, it won't be charged unless you select the "pay now" option. Choose all the services you wish to include in your appointment, but keep in mind that due to scheduling constraints, I may not be able to accommodate any additional services later on. CANCELLATION POLICY: To avoid being charged the full amount for your scheduled service, please ensure that any cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel your appointment by becoming a site member, which is the preferred method, or by selecting the cancel option in the appointment reminder email or text you received. NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY: To prevent being charged the full amount for no call no show appointments, please ensure to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: I appreciate your understanding regarding time management; however, please be aware that I allow a ten-minute grace period for appointments. After this period, you will be marked as a no call no show, and the appropriate actions will be taken. In instances where appointments may require additional time, I will inform you if I'm running more than fifteen minutes late via text or email to provide an updated time for your appointment.
